1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Step Through (“we”, “us”), an online learning service operated from India. By using the site or buying a course, you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a course. Free lessons need no account.
- You can sign in with Google, GitHub or an email link. An account is for one person and may not be shared.
3. Purchases and payment
Courses are sold through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which processes your payment, charges any applicable tax and issues your receipt. The price for your country, including tax, is shown at checkout before you pay. Price changes never affect a purchase already made.
4. Access and delivery
Courses are delivered online. Access starts as soon as your payment succeeds and lasts 12 months from the date of purchase. You can renew for another 12 months at the current price; nothing renews automatically.
5. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase. See the refund policy.
6. Use of the courses
All course content belongs to Step Through. While you have access, you may use it for your own learning. You may not copy, record, share or resell lesson content, or bypass access checks.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time, which ends access to any purchased courses.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
